Set up in about two minutes

Sign in with your email, then set up your business, your first farm, your feed suppliers and the feed types you buy on one page. Add more farms and invite your workers whenever you like.

No contract

Pay month by month and stop whenever you like. If in your first paid month the app cannot read your merchants' dockets well enough to beat the paper and the spreadsheet, tell Dave and he refunds that month. If you pay for a year and stop within the first 90 days, the unused whole months are refunded. Whenever you leave, you take your delivery log and docket photos with you.

Pricing questions

How do I cancel?

In the app, go to Settings, Billing and choose Manage card and invoices. Cancelling stops at the end of the month or year you have paid for, with no contract and no exit fee. If you paid for a year and stop within the first 90 days, email [email protected] and the unused whole months are refunded.

What happens at day 30?

30 days free. A card is needed to start. Cancel any time before day 30 and pay nothing. Then NZ$12 + GST a month or NZ$99 + GST a year per farm. If you keep going, your card is charged for the plan you picked when the trial ends. To stop, cancel in the app under Settings, Billing before then. If you stop, your records stay readable for 90 days so you can export your delivery log, then they are deleted.

Can I get my data out?

Yes, any time. The delivery log exports to a CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets, straight from the log page. For your docket photos, ask Dave and he sends you the full set. If you leave, you get both before anything is deleted.

Does it work without signal?

No, not yet. Saving a delivery needs mobile signal or wifi, and there is no offline mode. If there is no coverage where feed is delivered, take a photo of the docket with the phone camera, then open FeedTally once you are back in coverage and choose that photo to log it.

Do scans cost extra?

No. Scanning is included in the monthly price, with no charge per docket.

Can it split feed costs between the owner and the sharemilker?

Not yet. Owner and sharemilker split statements are coming. Today the delivery log, with tonnes by feed type and shed, exports to a CSV file both parties can work a split out from, and every delivery keeps its docket photo.

Who owns my farm's feed records?

You do. We don't sell your records or share them with merchants, Fonterra or anyone else. We use them only to run your account. Your farm's name and your tonnes are never shown to anyone outside your farm.
